About dr. Magee
Dr. Gregg S. Magee, Sr., is a pastor, teacher, coach, and author committed to helping individuals and communities live with clarity, courage, and wholeness. He serves as Senior Pastor of Empowerment Ministries Christian Center in Gulfport, Mississippi, where his ministry emphasizes biblical teaching, spiritual formation, and the restoration of healthy identity in Christ.
Dr. Magee holds an MA in Behavioral Counseling from William Carey University and a DMin from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His work reflects the integration of sound theology, pastoral wisdom, and an informed understanding of human behavior shaped by years of ministry, counseling, and leadership development.
As an author and mentor, Dr. Magee engages Scripture with intellectual honesty and pastoral sensitivity, particularly in conversations that impact calling, leadership, and the life of the church. He lives on the Mississippi Gulf Coast with his family and continues to teach, write, and mentor leaders who desire to think deeply, lead courageously, and walk humbly with God.
